Tribal Horse Design Blog Giveaway and Review

My good internet buddy, Lisa is hosting a giveaway on her blog. I think she has a genious plan to increase traffic on her blog and her store. Each blog comment on a store item, results in an entry. Each comment on an older blog entry results in an entry. And for doing this blog, I am getting 5 entries. And here is the masterplan...there's no limit to the number of entries you can get. Absolutely no limit. I love this idea.

So, up above you will see almost everything I've received from Lisa. A couple of the necklaces, including my favorite, I won from Confessions of a Pagan Soccer Mom. That is how I met Lisa and was introduced to her crafts. She is a well rounded crafter. You see above soap, bath salts and jewelry. I have also recieved a rub-on perfume that is to die for! She makes fudge - which I have heard nothing but good things about. And she works with fabric. She even played with making her own beads.

This summer she has blogged a lot about the garden she's been working on and the wonderful fresh meals she makes from it. She lets you in to see what she's up to, and you get to meet a very thoughtful, kind person as well.

I am telling you to go read her blog, go back, get some entries into this contest, too. Below you can see a pic of the necklace she is giving away. And if she gets enough entries, she will be adding a 2nd and 3rd prize as well.

Ostara/Mabon Giveaway @ Bringing Up Salamanders

My friend Nydia is hosting her own Ostara/Mabon giveaway. Just go visit Bringing up Salamanders to learn more, see more and enter for yourself.

She is giving away a mini goddess/god keychain of your choice. A spooky skull keychain to match the goddess or god, also a goddess magnet, and a goddess bookmark made my her neice. Below you will see a pic of the 2 full size goddess she made for me. The blue one is Hera and the cream one is Artemis. I enjoy them hanging around my house very much.

I was suprised when I got them. I didn't expect them to be so large. And the detail she puts into these are amazing. If you want them for your altar or decoration, it will fit in both. I want to - but can't really afford to - get the whole greek pantheon.

Oh and did I mention she also makes felt runes. Now that really, really is on my to buy list. I love using runes and she makes them out of various colors of felt and even adds herbs. Go check out her Etsy store here.
